HCPro subscription products are fully guaranteed. If you are dissatisfied with a product for any reason, you may receive a full refund or credit by returning the item to:

Please note that all HCPro products must be returned in their original condition and packaging (this is especially important for videos, CD-ROMs, audiotapes, and software). However, to qualify for full refund or credit, please adhere to the following return policy:
- All Videos or DVD must be returned within 10 days
- All Books must be returned within 30 days

You may also e-mail customerservice@hcpro.com. We answer all e-mail requests received during business hours the same day. We respond the next business morning to e-mail requests received during the weekend or holidays.
HCProfessor Online Courses
HCProfessor's online courses and quizzes are fully guaranteed during your 30-day access period. Once you have completed a course, and if you have questions or are dissatisfied with that online course or quiz for any reason, call our Customer Service Department at:
