If you order multiple items with different shipping options, those shipping options will still apply. Shipping charges will be assessed based on individual types of products in your basket.
Example: If you ordered two books and a newsletter subscription, the shipping charge would be $18 for the books and $24 for the newsletter subscription.

Shipping Procedures and Order Processing

Note that the shipping procedures for HCPro products are different from the shipping procedures for vendor products sold on the Healthcare Marketplace. The procedures affect the time it takes for products to arrive to you.

For products from HCPro, we will ship all orders received during the work week within 24 hours. HCPro product orders received over the weekend will be shipped on the following Tuesday. Your order will be shipped via FedEx within 5 business days. We will not ship to P.O. Boxes.

Newsletter subscriptions will begin with a free first issue within 7-10 business days (Rush Delivery: 3-5 business days). Paid subscriptions will begin with the next month's issue.

All orders for vendor products are shipped directly from our vendors within 3-5 business days.

We respond the next business morning to e-mail requests received during the weekend or holidays.
