MEET THE SPEAKERS
William L. Malm, ND, RN, CMAS, is a healthcare consultant for Craneware, based In Edinburgh, Scotland, with offices in Atlanta, GA. He has more than twenty years experience in a combination of clinical and financial healthcare. He specializes in operations surrounding chargemasters, including education, audit and post-implementation reviews.
Elizabeth Lamkin, MHA, has more than 20 years of hospital executive management experience in the non-profit, clinical teaching and for-profit healthcare sector. She is currently the President of PACE Healthcare Consulting, LLC, in Hilton Head, SC, which specializes in system quality, RAC, business intelligence and strategy for hospitals and healthcare providers.
Dr. James Berger serves as the Senior Medical Director who leads the retrospective Medicaid appeals team of EHR. Dr. Berger brings with him to EHR more than a decade of experience in active internal medicine practice and nearly a decade of healthcare law experience.
