MEET THE SPEAKERS
Ralph Wuebker, MD, MBA currently serves as Vice President of Audit, Compliance and Education for Executive Health Resources (EHR). At present, more than 1,800 hospital and healthcare organizations across the country are using EHR’s solutions. Dr. Wuebker is Board Certified and continues to practice 3-4 days per month. He currently serves as a member of EHR’s physician education and audit team. He regularly visits EHR’s client hospitals to provide medical executives and staff members with ongoing education on a variety of topics including Medicare and Medicaid compliance and regulations, medical necessity, Recovery Audit Contractors, utilization review, denials management and length of stay.
Barbara Ozmar, RN, BSN, MPH, is the Director of Patient Care Coordination at Piedmont Hospital in Atlanta, GA. Ozmar is an experienced administrative director with progressive administrative experience in Emergency /Trauma Services and Inpatient/Outpatient Care Services with an emphasis in re-engineering operations to support optimal patient care through best practice modeling, process management and focused quality initiatives. She is also experienced in throughput projects, regulatory compliance, human resources, optimizing financial performance, and new service line development.
