Barbara A. Brunt, MA, MN, RN-BC, NE-BC, is Director of Nursing Education and Staff Development for Summa Health System in Akron, OH. She has 34 years of staff development experience in a variety of roles. She served as section editor for all four editions of The Core Curriculum for Staff Development, published by NNSDO, and wrote Competencies for Staff Educators: Tools to Evaluate and Enhance Nursing Professional Development.
