Susan brings over 35 years of experience in the healthcare industry. Prior to joining Wellspring, which was acquired by Huron Consulting Group in 2007, Susan served as Executive Director of Specialty Care Services for Children’s Hospital of Orange County. While there, she was responsible for 37 sub-specialty clinics with over 65,000 annual visits. Susan has over ten years of experience as a Nursing Administrator in academic medical centers and has over ten years of experience as a project manager with Cardinal Health Consulting Services in their Operations Effectiveness practice.
William Reynolds, RN, Nurse Manager, St. Francis Hospital
William Reynolds is the Nurse Manager for a busy medical-surgical unit that specializes in nephrology at St. Francis Hospital. He also serves as the acute dialysis manager and scheduling program manager. He has been at St. Francis Hospital since 1995, when he started his nursing career after serving in the U.S. Army on active duty.
Debbie Saylor, MSN, RN, CENP, Senior Vice President of Patient Services, St. Francis Hospital
Saylor has been at St. Francis since 2006, and currently holds the role of Senior Vice President of Patient Services. Previously, she was the Senior Vice President of Service Excellence and Chief Nursing Officer at Holy Cross Hospital in Ft. Lauderdale, FL. Passionate about quality, safety and customer service, Debbie leads all non-physician clinical services of the hospital, Franciscan Woods and The Bradley Center.
