Steven C. Benjamin PMP, Program Director for UnitedHealth Group. Steven is responsible for leading the business efforts for the remediation of ICD-10 across all business segments under the UnitedHealth Group umbrella. Previously, Steven worked with Regence BCBS for 10 years where he had the opportunity to engage in several key projects spanning the entire spectrum of the health care business cycle from Claims, Customer Service and Membership to eBiz, Marketing and Sales. In addition to his work responsibilities, Steven also serves as a Co-Chair for WEDI's ICD-10 Implementation Sub-Workgroup.
