About the Authors:
June Stark, RN, BSN, MEd, is the Director of Case Management at North Shore Medical Center in Salem, MA, which includes Salem and Union Hospitals. She also acts as an Associate Consultant for The Center of Case Management in Natick, MA. Stark previously held the position as Director of Care Management at St. Elizabeth's Medical Center in Boston, and participated in the development of case management at New England Medical Center in the 1980s.
Della Webb, LCSW, CCM, is the Clinical Manager for the Unit Based Case Managers at Piedmont Hospital in Atlanta, GA. Della is a Case Manager with over 25 years of increasing experience in Medical Social Work program administration and Case Management program development.
