Victoria (Vicki) S.T. Tilley, PT, GCS is currently the founder and president of ElderFit Physical Therapy and Consulting, Inc., a physical therapy private practice providing home based therapy and wellness consultation services. Victoria has been practicing for 20 years as a board certified Geriatric Clinical Specialist and is a recognized expert on Medicare reimbursement.
Roger Herr PT, MPA, COS-C of Seattle, WA is President of the Home Health Section of the American Physical Therapy Association. Herr is on the Clinical Advisory Panel for the OASIS Certificate and Competency Board and has published articles and spoken frequently on Physical Therapy in Home Care.
