FACULTY
Laura Cook Harrington, RN, MHA, CPHQ, CHCQM, FAIHQ is the Practice Director of the External Peer Review consulting division at The Greeley Company, a division of HCPro, Inc. She is an experienced healthcare manager with extensive experience in the area of Performance Improvement, Risk, Case Management and Credentialing. Ms. Harrington is a registered nurse, Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality, and Fellow of the American Board of Quality Assurance & Utilization Review Physicians. Ms. Harrington graduated from Texas Woman's University with a bachelor's degree in Nursing and master's degree in Healthcare Administration.
Anne Jadwin, RN, MSN, AOCN, CNA is currently the Director of Nursing Services at Fox Chase Cancer Center in Philadelphia, PA. Fox Chase was the first ANCC Magnet Recognition Program® institution in the state of Pennsylvania and the first specialty hospital in the U.S. to receive that distinction. As DON, her responsibilities include: oversight of inpatient hospital operations; supervision of the case management department, clinical nurse specialists, and nursing supervisors; recruitment and retention initiatives for the department of nursing; and maintenance of ANCC Magnet Recognition Program® status.
