ABOUT THE SPEAKERS
Ellen J. Mullins, RN, BSN, CRNAC, is the CEO of Integrity Health Care Solutions, LLC., in Montgomery, AL. Mullins has 30 years of experience in healthcare, with more than 13 years spent as a state surveyor, the state RAI coordinator, and OASIS education coordinator for the state of Alabama. She is an acknowledged contributor of the CMS long-term care Resident Assessment Instrument and Manual and has contributed to the review of publications such as The Survey Guide, MDS Guru, and the Quick Guide to Documentation. In addition to her education and consulting efforts, Ms. Mullins is actively involved in many endeavors including long-term care facility consulting and education, MDS 3.0 stakeholder panel and training consortium charter member.
Debbie Ohl, RN, NHA, is the owner of Ohl & Associates and a certified facilitator. Her manuals, workshops, and Web site provide cutting-edge information and material to help long-term care professionals comply with regulations and meet the needs of their residents.
