Gail Bennett, RN, MSN, CIC, is a nationally known IC expert with over 25 years experience in the field. She is executive director of ICP Associates, LLC, and serves as a consultant to hospitals, nursing homes, and industry professionals, and provides presentations for professional associations. Bennett also consults with IC programs in 259 healthcare facilities through their corporate offices, and is the author of IC manuals for hospitals and nursing homes, and several journals. Her consulting experience includes covering the topics of IC, performance improvement, Joint Commission survey preparation, and management.
