AUDIOCONFERENCE ON TAPE OR CD
Sponsored by Hospitalist Management Advisor
presented on February 6, 2007
Ask the director of any successful hospitalist program: It's less costly and smarter business practice to keep the hospitalists already on your staff in place, rather than continue to plug holes due to turnover.
Listen to this audioconference Best Practices for Recruiting and Retaining Top Hospitalists. Our experts will teach you best practices for keeping your hospitalists happy and on staff long term.
At the end of this audioconference, participants will be able to:
- describe the key considerations in designing a program that facilitates recruiting and retention of physicians.
- explain the multiple challenges of developing a stable hospitalist group that reduces turnover and avoids the short-term goal of staffing to increase the number of patients seen.
