Harold Siglar is chief operating officer of Truman Medical Center, Lakewood, in Kansas City, MO. Prior to his current position, Mr. Siglar served as chief executive officer of Moberly Regional Medical Center, part of Community Health Systems in Moberly, MO and Triad Abilene Regional Medical Center in Abilene, TX. Before arriving at Triad, he was chief executive officer/managing director for McAllen Medical Center, McAllen Medical Behavioral Health Center, UHS Rehabilitation Pavilion, and McAllen Medical Heart Hospital in McAllen, TX. During Siglar's tenure, McAllen Medical Center was named one of the Top 100 Hospitals in 1997, 1998 and 1999 in the Mercer/HCIA study; Top 100 for Stroke in 2000.

Greg Kealey is director of corporate marketing at Monongalia Health System in Morgantown, WV. Mr. Kealey began his hospital marketing career as a media relations coordinator at Kearney, Nebraska’s Good Samaritan Health Systems and was named director of corporate communications shortly after. Prior to that position, he was chief marketing officer and director of business development at Ivinson Memorial Hospital in Laramie, WY.

Patrick T. Buckley is a national healthcare consultant who has worked with a variety of healthcare organizations across the country, providing strategic consulting for academic medical centers, healthcare integrated delivery systems, community hospitals (including critical access hospitals and rural hospitals under 50 beds), multi-disciplinary physician group practices, faculty practice plans, and healthcare associations. Mr. Buckley has more than 20 years of experience in brand and corporate image consulting, strategic planning, marketing, advertising, and business development for the healthcare industry.

Barbara Bellman is president of 3-Legged Stool, a strategic thinking company in Silver Spring, MD. Ms. Bellman is an entrepreneur, businesswoman, author, lecturer, consultant, and marketing coach, with a focus on developing integrated communication strategies for the social marketing, technology, beauty, health, and medical industries. With more than 30 years in strategic marketing, her skills in brand management have helped clients be more competitive. A frequent lecturer and keynote speaker on the national landscape, industry expert, and contributor to major national magazines, she is the author of two leading reference books on gender-specific marketing. Additionally, Ms. Bellman is a principal with President's Resource Organization (PRO), facilitating advisory boards for presidents and CEOs of small to medium companies.
