FACULTY
Debra Leon is president of Health Contact Partners, Inc., an independent health call center located near Chicago. In August 2006, Ms. Leon served as conference chair at the "Optimizing Patient Engagement for Health Plans" conference in Chicago. There she presented key strategies that she has implemented for various clients such as Matria Healthcare, Caremark, and others. Those strategies include: script enhancement, staff development, metric analysis, and process redesign.
Brenda Schmidt, MS, MBA, is managing director of Diversity Wellness, a population health management company that provides culturally competent, bilingual lifestyle and disease management programs to organizations with diverse employee populations. Brenda has more than 20 years of experience in product development, healthcare marketing, business development, strategic planning, and international business.
