Linda VanHorn, MBA, is a pain management specialist with direct experience in practice management and insurance. She has more than 24 years of proven professional experience, including 10 years as the president and CEO of 21st Century Edge, five years as the senior manager in consulting at Deloitte & Touche, a major accounting firm, and five years as the chief operating officer at a large, successful pain management practice that provided services to 22 hospitals and surgery centers.
Lori-Lynne A. Webb, CPC, CCS-P, CCP, is an independent consultant in Melba, ID, and has experience in overseeing and auditing pre- and post-payment charge services for more than 50 providers. She has educated physicians, mid-level providers (PAs, NPs, etc.), staff, and administration on coding, compliance, and HIPAA regulations. Previously, she was the director of coding and compliance for a private firm, where she supervised all coding personnel and worked directly with Medicare and contracted payors to provide audit education and policy.
