MEET THE SPEAKERS
Lee Heinbaugh, president of The Heinbaugh Group, a healthcare consulting group based in Cleveland, has been a consultant specializing in long-term care issues for more than 20 years. Her experience includes Medicaid, Medicare, and other third-party payment and reimbursement issues, as well as business office operational reviews, cost report preparation, and traditional accounting and bookkeeping services. Other areas of her expertise include risk assessments and implementation of corporate compliance plans, evaluation and implementation of automated accounting and billing systems, and business office personnel training.
Ronald Orth, RN, NHA, RAC-CT, is a registered nurse who has more than 25 years experience in the healthcare field with 12 of those years in the long-term care industry. Ron serves as the lead instructor for HCPro's Medicare Boot Camp® - Long-Term Care Version course. Ron is also president of Clinical Reimbursement Solutions, LLC, a Wisconsin-based consulting firm.
