Mark DuVal, J.D. President and Managing Partner of DuVal & Associates located in Minneapolis, MN, where he counsels pharmaceutical, medical device, and biotech. In addition, Mr. DuVal regularly leads compliance training workshops for sales, marketing and medical affairs professionals. Mr. DuVal was general counsel to 3M Pharmaceuticals and 3M Drug Delivery Systems for almost 15 years. He also worked at Medtronic as an FDA, anti-kickback and False Claims Act expert.
