MEET THE SPEAKERS
Bud Pate, REHS, practice director of West Coast operations, The Greeley Company, a division of HCPro, Inc., Marblehead, MA. Prior to joining The Greeley Company, Mr. Pate spent 15 years at Kaiser Permanente. He was responsible for a wide range of region-wide quality and compliance initiatives during his tenure at Kaiser in Southern California. He was responsible for standards and survey processes established by The Joint Commission, the CMS, the California Department of Health Services , and the Office of Statewide Health Planning and Development.
Steven Bryant, vice president and managing director, The Greeley Company, a division of HCPro, Inc, Marblehead, MA. He brings more than 20 years of experience in healthcare management and leadership to his work with hospitals and physicians. Mr. Bryant is a strong proponent of the principle that hospitals and physicians should never do anything just to meet an accreditation standard.
