Donna K. Goestenkors, CPMSM, is a consultant for credentialing and privileging at The Greeley Company, a division of HCPro, Inc. Goestenkors brings over 20 years of credentialing and accreditation experience to her work with hospitals, healthcare systems, health plans, medical groups, and credential verification organizations nationwide. She has particular expertise in Joint Commission standards compliance, bylaws, rules and regulations, staffing, credentialing, clinical privileging, budget compliance, and technology improvements. She also advises clients in leadership, office policies, procedures and practices.
Joshua E. Jensen, II, MD, is a general surgeon in private practice at a community hospital in St Louis, MO, associated with Washington University Medical Center. Over 30 years of practice, he has been actively involved in various aspects of medical staff governance and leadership. He has chaired the Medical Staff Quality Care, Medical Executive, Credentials, and Admissions Committees. He has served as Chief of Staff as well as a member of the Board of Trustees of the hospital. He presently chairs the By-Laws Committee of the Medical Staff and the Patient Care Committee of the Board.
