Robert A. Wade, Esq., Partner, Baker and Daniels, LLP. Robert concentrates his practice in representing a variety of health care clients. His specialization includes representing clients with respect to the Stark Law, Anti-Kickback Statute, False Claims Act, and Emergency Medical Treatment and Active Labor Act. Robert is a nationally-recognized expert in all aspects of health care compliance and he has experience in representing clients with respect to issues being investigated by the Department of Justice and the Office of Inspector General.
Lena Robins, Senior Counsel, Foley & Lardner LLP. Lena is senior counsel with Foley & Lardner LLP and previously served as an attorney with the Office of General Counsel at the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services. Lena currently specializes in regulatory matters arising under Medicare, Medicaid, and other third-party payment programs. She assists healthcare providers and pharmaceutical and medical device manufacturers, with a variety of reimbursement matters relating to coverage and payment. In addition, she and also counsels on federal and state fraud issues, such as anti-kickback, self-referral, the False Claims Act and regulatory compliance.
