How can you improve quality and productivity in your staff? How can you get your scheduling and registration employees to come together as a team and unite in a common goal of making your department run more efficiently? How can you ensure your staff feels relevant and are engaged in their duties?

Incentive programs are a powerful tool for increasing departmental efficiency and raising staff morale. As they begin to appear more frequently in mid to large-sized hospitals, it is important to recognize the characteristics that make incentive plans successful.

Listen to this 90-minute audioconference Incentive Programs for Access Staff: Motivate employees and improve efficiency. Our panel discusses how incentive programs for scheduling and registration staff are the wave of the future in employee productivity. You'll learn the proper metrics to measure, the appropriate incentives to offer, and strategies for keeping your staff constantly connected and motivated. Several case studies are presented, and each panelist provides specifics about their experiences implementing successful incentive programs.

At the end of this audioconference, you will be able to:

  • Implement an incentive program to raise productivity in your scheduling and registration staff
  • Formulate reasonable targets to ensure your staff has attainable goals
  • Audit incentive plans to continually raise the bar for staff
