AUDIOCONFERENCE ON CD OR AUDIO ARCHIVE
Sponsored by The Project Director's Toolkit: HCPro's Guide to Collecting Evidence
and Writing Narratives for the ANCC Magnet Recognition Program®*
presented on November 6, 2007
Approximately 20% of applicants who submit documentation for the ANCC Magnet Recognition Program® don't earn a site visit.
The most crippling factor? Their documentation doesn't demonstrate that the 14 Forces of Magnetism are embedded in their culture. Don't risk designation after all the time and resources you've invested in the journey. Discover the elements appraisers look for and get trusted guidance on how to avoid documentation pitfalls.
Listen to Excellence In Evidence: HCPro's techniques to craft compelling documentation for the ANCC Magnet Recognition Program®. During this 90-minute audioconference, designation achievers, Barbara J. Hannon, RN, MSN, CPHQ, and Katherine Riley, MSN, RN, CNA, BC, provide best practice techniques and tools for crafting compelling documentation. Listen and learn how to:
- Identify the 14 Forces in your culture and close "gaps" in your evidence
- Compile, organize, and track staff stories exemplifying the Forces
- Develop narratives and write to the sources of evidence for each Force
- Format documentation and eliminate the "fluff"
Don't miss this opportunity to gain insight from project directors and ensure designation success!
