The Essential Guide to Medical Staff Reappointment

Tools to Create and Maintain an Ongoing, Criteria-Based Process, Second Edition
Anne Roberts, CPCS, CPSM

Product Description:

An efficient reappointment process is an essential part of Joint Commission compliance.

Due to recent changes in Joint Commission standards, healthcare organizations must establish routine measures or indicators of practitioner performance for current medical staff members. For medical staff professionals (MSP), this means ensuring that their reappointment process collects criteria-based data in an ongoing way—not just when the practitioner is up for reappointment.

Streamline and update your reappointment process with tools to develop an ongoing, criteria-based process

Essential for both new and veteran MSPs, The Essential Guide to Medical Staff Reappointment: Tools to Create and Maintain an Ongoing, Criteria-Based Process, Second Edition, is a book and CD-ROM set that provides strategies and tools to streamline and update your reappointment process by integrating ongoing, criteria-based methods for collecting and incorporating competency data.

With this comprehensive step-by-step solution to your reappointment process, you’ll be able to:
