About the reviewer
Gina Boring, MSN, RN, NE-BC, is the director of the Ohio Partnership for Excellence and project director for the ANCC Magnet Recognition Program® at Aultman Hospital in Canton, OH. Prior to being appointed project coordinator for Aultman Hospital, she was an emergency department staff nurse for nearly 20 years and an emergency department education coordinator. She is active on her organization’s Research Executive Committee and mentors nursing researchers. Boring was involved in the development and implementation of the shared decision-making structure at Aultman and remains actively involved in council activities. She is a member of Sigma Theta Tau International and gives multiple talks and presentations on the ANCC Magnet Recognition Program® throughout the year.
