Previously, Mr. Reiss served as the director of office of health regulation, U.S. Department of Health and Human Services.
Jack L. Cox, MD, MMM, serves as a senior vice president and chief quality officer for Hoag Memorial Hospital Presbyterian in Newport Beach, CA. Prior to that, he was chief medical officer and senior vice president of Premier, Inc., a national healthcare alliance, where he helped design medical technology evaluation processes that incorporate quality and safety.
