Vicki L. Searcy, CPMSM, serves as the practice director for Credentialing and Privileging at The Greeley Company. She brings over 25 years of experience to her work with hospitals, healthcare systems, health plans, medical groups, and credentialing verification organizations across the country. Searcy’s areas of expertise include credentialing and privileging, compliance with accreditation and regulatory requirements, and peer review systems.

Sally Pelletier, CPMSM, CPCS, is a consultant with The Greeley Company, a division of HCPro, Inc. She specializes in medical services management, including medical staff office assessments and core privileging system development.
