Product Description:
AUDIOCONFERENCE ON CD OR AUDIO ARCHIVE

presented on December 12, 2007
Are you prepared to meet The Joint Commission’s new anticoagulation therapy requirements?
Hospitals must meet multiple deadlines beginning in 2008, and be in full compliance with National Patient Safety Goal 3E by January 1, 2009. To ensure successful implementation, facilities need to develop a plan of attack to meet the goal in a timely fashion and understand the clinical rationale behind the goal, as well as the consequences of inappropriate dosing.
Receive the answers you need!
