Gay Howard is a full time consultant with The Greeley Company. She brings more than 30 years’ experience to the identification and solution of complex challenges facing healthcare institutions and providers across the country. Her expertise spans the scope of healthcare: from regulatory compliance to quality assessment and performance improvement to infection control. A prolific author and speaker, Howard is equally at home in the hospital, medical group, and managed care settings.
Cathy Willoughby RN, MA, CNA-BS, has been a registered nurse for more than 30 years and in psychiatric nursing leadership for 25 years. She is currently the Senior Associate Director of Clinical Services for Behavioral Health Services in the Department of Nursing at University of Iowa Hospitals and Clinics. Willoughby has experience in helping staff achieve compliance with CMS and Joint Commission restraint standards. She has special interest in evidence-based approaches to behavioral restraint reduction.
