MEET THE SPEAKERS

Leah Klusch, RN, BSN, is the founder and executive director of The Alliance Training Center in Alliance, OH. She has over 40 years of experience in the healthcare field. She currently lectures on a state and regional basis on issues relating to care delivery, regulatory compliancy, reengineering, management, documentation, wellness, restorative care giving, assessment, and assessment documents. Prior to her work at The Alliance Training Center, Klusch also created and taught various education programs for long term care professionals and nurses. She started her career as the director of nursing at a nursing home in Heath, Ohio. Klusch graduated with a bachelor in nursing from Capital University.
