Vicki Hamm is the Graduate Medical Education program administrator at the University of Nebraska Medical Center in Omaha for over 32 years. She maintains institutional oversight of 36 training programs and 450 house officers. She is a member of the Graduate Medical Education Committee and manages all the internal reviews for the training programs as well as budget, orientation, IMG sponsorship, NRMP, and ACGME institutional and program reviews.
Contributor Christine Redovan, MBA, is the director of Graduate Medical Education & International Affairs at MetroHealth Medical Center in Cleveland. Redovan administers 22 ACGME accredited training programs with over 370 house officers. She manages institutional reviews, GMEC responsibilities, and program reviews. In addition, Redovan oversees the medical student program, AOA- and ADA- accredited residencies, recruitment activities and seven shared ACGME-accredited programs.
