Meet the author

Kathy Matzka, CPMSM, CPCS, is a speaker, consultant, and writer with more than 20 years' experience in medical and professional staff services. She is a contributing editor for HCPro's publication The Credentials Verification Desk Reference and the online Credentialing & Privileging Desktop Reference.
