Putting a system in place to ensure compliance with a variety of state reporting and disclosure laws can be a daunting challenge. Some pharmaceutical companies are hiring new employees just to handle the state-specific requirements. Almost all companies are seeing an increase in costs to collect, maintain, and report data that meet each state’s individual requirements.
Every company is looking for a quick fix. Unfortunately, there isn’t one. But you can develop strategies to help your company remain in compliance with the current laws and be prepared for additional laws as they are enacted.
