For LTC Teams, Brand, Product, Account Sales, and Managed Markets Groups
As growth in the senior population booms to 40.2 million by 2010, the long-term care (LTC) market is emerging as a more important segment for oral and injectable products. Medicare Part D plans will be forced to better manage their LTC populations, and pharmaceutical companies are introducing and fine-tuning their promotional and educational tactics for prescribers and influencers.
But the LTC setting, particularly the 16,000 nursing homes, is heavily regulated. As a result it is quite advantageous for your product/brand and account sales teams to be aware of current and new regulations, how they are affecting your customers (by category), and what opportunities may emerge. Please join HCPro, publishers of Contemporary Long-Term Care Weekly, for the FREE 60-minute webcast Drug Utilization Opportunities in Long-Term Care: A Look at Regulatory Trends Affecting Your Products on Thursday, June 12, 2008, at 1 p.m. (Eastern).
