MEET THE SPEAKER
Mary Pat Corrigan Jobes, PT, MA, received her BS degree in physical therapy from the University of Tennessee–Memphis in December of 1979 and a Master’s degree in physical therapy from New York University in 1985. She is Chair of Memphis District of the Tennessee Physical Therapy Association, President of the Acute Care Section of the American Physical Therapy Association and is a site visitor for the Commission on Accreditation in Physical Therapy Education. She was recently appointed APTA External Liaison to the Joint Commissions Professional, Technical Advisory Committee for Hospitals. She is the Manager of Physical Therapy at Haywood Park Community Hospital and serves on the Therapy Advisors Board for Community Health Systems.
She has worked in a variety of settings including Adult and Children’s hospitals, Outpatient settings for Adult and Pediatric clients, home Health and Skilled Nursing Facilities.
