Danilio Davila, PHR, Employment Manager, Parkland Hospital Dallas. Dailio Davila joined the Parkland Health & Hospital System in 1998 and has won several awards for his achievements. These include the Above and Beyond Award given to Parkland employees who go beyond the standard of serving the hospital and community, the Outstanding Supervisor Award by the Parkland Collegiate Fellows Program, and the President’s CEO Award for exemplary delivery of quality service. For over 28 years Mr. Davila has contributed to the development and management of workplace related programs that affect thousands of workers in North Texas.

Scott Hurst, Director of Consulting, Delta Physician Placement. Scott Hurst joined Delta Physician Placement in August of 2004 as a Consultant and has served as Director of Consulting since September of 2007.  Mr. Hurst has a total of nine years experience in working with hospitals and clinics nationwide.  During that time he has assisted hundreds of clients with the critical issues surrounding today’s physician shortage; the changing economics of medicine and the generational challenges associated with new physicians entering the marketplace.
