AUDIOCONFERENCE ON CD OR AUDIO ON-DEMAND
Sponsored by HCPro's Resource Center for the ANCC Magnet Recognition Program®
presented on July, 15, 2008
Professional models of care and care-delivery models: Do you have the right models in place?
Having well-defined models of care and care-delivery models in place is an expectation of the ANCC Magnet Recognition Program® as nursing staff must clearly identify the two models when speaking to appraisers during the site visit.
But does your model of care align with organizational strategic goals, and do your nurses understand how they carry out their unit care-delivery model in daily practice?
