Are you ready to meet The Joint Commission's outpatient measures requirements?
Joint Commission accredited hospitals are required to collect and submit data for a minimum of four core measure sets or a combination of applicable core measure sets and non-core measures. Hospitals selecting the outpatient measure began data collection beginning in April 2008. Are you ready to collect meaningful data on an additional data set? Are you prepared to properly gather information for the new outpatient core measures?
Get started now to overcome challenges and avoid errors.
Gain a better understanding of the outpatient core measure requirements by attending this 90-minute audioconference Thursday, June 19 at 1 p.m. This program will feature helpful tips and tools on ways to identify appropriate patients for outpatient core measures as well as how to make use of existing data.
