MEET THE SPEAKERS
Ken Rohde, Senior Consultant for Patient Safety and Process Improvement, The Greeley Company. Mr. Rohde possesses more than 25 years of experience in quality management in his work with hospitals and medical centers across the country. His roles in performance improvement and project management make him uniquely qualified to assist medical staffs and hospital leaders develop solutions to their toughest challenges. Mr. Rohde also specializes in technology-based approaches to preventing human errors.
Marie X. Fox, RN, MSN, Director of Quality Management, Blount Memorial Hospital. Mrs. Fox has eight years of quality management experience in the East Tennessee area. In her current role, she aids hospital leaders and clinical staff in comprehending data and using the outcomes to aim towards improved performance and patient care. Prior to her role in quality, Mrs. Fox served as a nursing instructor for over 15 years
