    Ken R. Rohde is a senior consultant for patient safety and process improvement for The Greeley Company. He brings over 25 years of experience in quality management to his work with hospitals and medical centers across the country. Ken's roles in performance improvement and project management make him uniquely qualified to assist medical staffs and hospital leaders develop solutions to their toughest challenges.

    Jennifer Cowel, RN, MHSA, is vice president and principal with Patton Healthcare Consulting, LLC. Previously, she held a variety of leadership and management roles during more than 17 years with The Joint Commission. Her work included Standards Improvement Initiative, implementation and testing of Shared Visions–New Pathways®, and the introduction of core measures into Joint Commission–accredited hospitals. In her last two years with the Joint Commission, Jennifer was a nurse surveyor certified to survey the standards in the Hospital Accreditation Manual.
