Turn to HCPro to learn what you need to know to get ready for upcoming changes at your ASC. Now that ambulatory surgery centers (ASCs) are under the APC payment system, you can expect a new rule to arrive each year that will govern the way you code and bill. Sure enough, CMS has just released its 2009 proposed rule for ASCs, and there are changes that you need to know. But don't worry—our experts examine the proposed rule and break it down for you.
Members of your facility need to determine how this new rule will affect reimbursement and should start preparing now to protect your bottom line in 2009. And if your faculty is still trying to grasp the changes made in January 2008 to the new payment system or needs to know where to turn for help in light of the changes, this audio conference is perfect for you.
