Chamberlain, CPHQ, has more than 25 years of healthcare management experience with the North Shore Medical Center in Salem, MA, a Partners (Massachusetts General Hospital/Brigham and Women’s Hospital) affiliate. In that organization, she managed performance improvement, utilization management, and accreditation activities, which culminated in accreditation with commendation. She has been involved with more than 15 successful Joint Commission surveys.
Candace J. Hamner, RN, BA, MA, has been actively involved in Joint Commission survey preparation since 1981 in four different hospitals. Currently, she is the vice president of care management for Northwest Hospital Center (NWHC), a LifeBridge Health Center, in Randallstown, MD.
