MEET THE SPEAKERS

Barbara J. Hannon, RN, MSN, CPHQ, is the coordinator of the ANCC Magnet Recognition Program® for the University of Iowa Hospitals & Clinic. She chairs the Professional Nursing Practice Committee and Nursing Retention Committee and is involved in QI activities for the department.

Sharon Courage, RN, MPH, is vice president of hospital services and a senior consultant with The Greeley Company. She brings over 20 years of healthcare experience to her work assisting clients with the development and implementation of a variety of healthcare programs, including quality management. Courage has served as the director of quality and clinical programs for several hospitals and health systems.
