Mr. Kopf has 26 years experience as a federal law enforcement officer with the Office of Inspector General, U.S. Department of Health and Human Services, and the Federal Bureau of Investigation. Sidney Welch Esq, partner, Arnall Golden Gregory LLP, (Atlanta, GA). Ms. Welch concentrates on representing physicians and physician groups in all legal aspects of their practices on a national basis. Her expertise includes advising her clients on federal and state regulatory matters, and she counsels clients on structuring business relationships from a corporate and regulatory perspective.
