Ken Rohde is a senior consultant for patient safety and process improvement for The Greeley Company. He brings over 25 years of experience in quality management to his work with hospitals and medical centers across the country.  Rhode's roles in performance improvement and project management make him uniquely qualified to assist medical staffs and hospital leaders develop solutions to their toughest challenges.

Heidi Benson, RN, MS, CPHQ, FNAHQ, is a highly regarded leader in healthcare quality who has presented numerous educational sessions at state and national conferences. She has served as president of the National Association for HealthCare Quality (NAHQ) and is currently employed by LifePoint Hospitals as a corporate Director of Clinical Operations.
