Diane Stover is the vice president for marketing and innovation strategy at Memorial Health System in South Bend, IN. She directs system-wide strategic alliances, advertising, public relations, brand management, Web strategy, and referral systems. She also leads Memorial’s innovation programs and experience design training and implementation system-wide.

Matthew Krathwohl is the executive director performance excellence and strategic alliances at Memorial Health System. Mr. Krathwohl is responsible for leading Memorial’s Lean Six Sigma program, developing innovative strategic alliances, and producing the organization’s innovation scoreboard. He is also involved in building Memorial’s innovation infrastructure and creating relationships with companies such as GE and SAS, one of the largest software companies in the world, to further Memorial’s innovation goals. Matt speaks frequently about innovation strategy and the measurement of "return on imagination."

Graham Perry is national sales manager for healthcare providers at SAS Institute, Inc., one of the largest software companies in the world, headquartered in Cary, NC. Perry is responsible for aligning SAS Healthcare solutions with partner relationships and worked closely with Matt Krathwohl of the Memorial Hospital team to plan and deliver the Innovisit.
