MEET THE SPEAKERS

Jodi L. Eisenberg, MHA, CPMSM, CPHQ, is program manager, accreditation and clinical compliance at Northwestern Memorial Hospital in Chicago, Illinois. Jodi is responsible for leading the full range of Joint Commission and other accreditation and regulatory compliance activities, including organization of continuous compliance activities for Joint Commission and other regulatory agencies. Additionally, Jodi serves as an editorial advisor for Briefings on The Joint Commission, an HCPro publication.

Susan W. Hendrickson, MHRD/OD, RN, CPHQ, FACHE, is director of clinical quality and patient safety for the Via Christi Wichita Health Network in Wichita, Kansas. In her role she oversees patient safety, core measures, quality management/process improvement, clinical risk management, infection control, patient grievance resolution, regulatory compliance and survey readiness activities for two acute care campuses, a free-standing physical rehabilitation hospital and a behavioral health facility.
