ABOUT THE SPEAKERS
Shelley Cohen, RN, BS, CEN, is the educator/consultant for Health Resources Unlimited in Hohenwald, TN, and has been a nurse for more than 30 years. Her focus on leadership and triage education/process improvement is reinforced by her past leadership experiences and current practice as a staff nurse. Live presentations have captured audiences from Maine to Alaska with her humorous and direct approach. Ms. Cohen, an author of multiple articles and books, is committed to mentoring both new and seasoned nurse leaders.
Caroli Flodstrom, RN, MS, is a manager of Consulting Services at Landmark Health Solutions in Haverhill, MA. Ms. Flodstrom is responsible for program development, quality systems development, survey management, and educational programming for unit managers, staff development coordinators, and directors of nursing. Previously, she served as vice president for Clinical Services at both Oakwood Living Centers and Prism Care Centers, with responsibility for clinical and operations management of several skilled nursing and sub acute facilities. In addition, she was part of the research team at Hebrew Rehabilitation Center for the Aged as Manager of Field and Intervention Studies.
