Shannon Penney, is the director of recruiting for Delta Physician Placement, the physician permanent placement business unit of The Delta Companies and a recognized leader in physician recruitment since 1997. He has over five years of physician recruiting experience within both the retained and contingent business models, and is published often on topics pertaining to physician recruitment and compensation trends. Prior to joining Delta Physician Placement, Shannon served as director of recruiting with Liquid Medical Recruiting, also a division of The Delta Companies. 

Donna Loy has been recruiting healthcare professionals for over 25 years, having worked for Kaiser-Permanente, Mid-Atlantic Region, Geisinger, and Catholic Health Initiatives. Throughout her years in the industry, she has recruited over 500 physicians and hundreds of other healthcare professionals. Loy is a founding member of the Association of Staff Physician Recruiters and has served on the board as president, vice president, and chair of its Education Committee. She has a background in credentialing of healthcare providers and is a Certified Professional Medical Services Manager for the National Association of Medical Staff Services. In addition, Loy is certified as a Professional Human Resources by the Society of Human Resource Management.

Joel Lopez is the director of physician practices for St. Joseph Medical Group in Reading, PA. In this role, he oversees 18 physicians and a 40-member support staff. He is also responsible for the day-to-day operations of 10 physician offices within the health system, and has experience with interviewing, screening, and training personnel. He also is experienced in the operations and billing processes for multiple practices within different specialties.
