Measuring Compliance Training Effectiveness
Tools and Tips to Prove Your Program Works
Product Description:
Audio Conference on CD or Audio On-Demand
Sponsored by Compliance E-learning library
presented on June 19, 2009
PROBLEM
Creating a compliance training program that satisfies government regulators as well as board/senior management concerns can be difficult enough. But how can you be sure your current training program operates at maximum efficiency and can withstand OIG scrutiny? Effective training is critical to compliance program effectiveness, operational compliance and preventing lost dollars in terms of fines and inaccurate reimbursement.
SOLUTION
Regular reviews and internal audits of your training program can expose any deficiencies. Similarly, a review of your peers' practices can reveal practical, successful strategies you can implement to minimize your risk. Understand how to train, assess, and improve your training program—at every level, from floor staff, to compliance officers, to the board of directors and senior management.
